11 PM and no POD! Went home sick today. The XC ski fall yesterday left me sore and now I have 103 temperature, and these 3 pills are not helping enough…

The trail through a beautiful Spruce forest during my XC ski today. Good week. 8.55 hours training: 16.7 miles running, 6350 yards swimming, 14 miles mtn biking, 14 miles on the wind trainer and 7.3 miles XC skiing. 147 days to go.

Unknown XC skier on Beaver Pond Trail in Mendon Ponds Park. I raced the final Freezeroo race this morning, 10k in under 49:00. Deb and I celebrated our anniversary with lunch at the Dinosaur, Tulips at the Eastman House and XC skiing!

Horses on one of my favorite bike routes. That’s right, it warmed up to 30 so I got out for an hour on the road with my mountain bike.

I wimped out tonight and skipped the rain filled TUNA and watched TV while spending a quality hour on the wind trainer. (note to cycling fans, check out http://www.tdfblog.com, for info on the Tour of California and the big crash/conversational finish yesterday)
