Oatka Creek along the one of my favorite cycling roads. Today had a head wind and it was still a great ride.

Yeah, the end of the week. The Cruiser sits covered with stuff, no time to play with it.
14 hours training this week. 23.11 miles running, 8000 yards swimming and 113.4 miles on the bikes. 56 days to go.
