Furlough Day 3. Driving. A little over 10 hours later (late start, etc) we camped for the first time in the trailer in Williamsburg, VA. Even made hot chocolate on granddad’s stove. After visiting Jamestown in the morning on to the Outer Banks.

Furlough day 2. Can you read the sign in the back? NYS DMV Field Investigations. My battle continued to register my trailer…I WON! I AM REGISTERED and LEGAL. I spent the rest of the day preparing and loading up for the maiden voyage. If I don’t have internet wait for Monday….
