After Monday’s POD, I decided to put a little effort into today, so I walked along Black Creek looking for fall.

This iPhone pic sums up my day. A press conference, a hockey practice and editing video. Dinner with the family (the only night of the week, I get home) and then a hour night bike with the bats on the Greenway. A great day.

My second cyclocross race of the season. The course wasn’t designed with me in mind. It featured several steep climbs per lap and I lost time of each. My remounts also need some work!

I finished 20th of the 40 plus starters, and was happy with how I rode. If I could have ridden 15 seconds per lap faster I would have been 14th.

Spot news and me. 12 towns responded to this fire, it was 45 minutes away and was over when I got there… it doesn’t help when your boss tells you to go over 2 hours after the fire started!
