Samantha decided rather than a birthday party she wanted a Halloween party. Nothing entertains 13 kids like a doughnut eating contest.

It was bound to happen. What an awful race today. I started great and entered the first tech section in 6th place. But the rider in front of me STOPPED to walk it (blocking again?) I was forced off the bike on the wrong side and the walk/run up and my remount dropped me several spots. I never found my rhythm and suffered through a long 45 minutes. I think I was even lapped…. Next week, NYS cyclocross championships.
