These days, I leave home at dark, work 9-10 hours, come home, try to get a ride in before dark and recover on the couch till I go to bed before 10pm. Some days I miss my “early” 9am shift, driving around looking for a feature, chasing news and hanging out in coffee shops till Scott or Max calls…. PS we didn’t get the house.

Too late? We looked at a house this afternoon that had an offer put in on it that morning… agent said they were still accepting offers… nothing like a rushed decision.

Today was racing in Raleigh, my third race in 25 hours. I had a good start and felt strong most of the race…. still a mid-pack finish.
