I headed over to Hobby Park in Winston-Salem to pre-ride a race course… You have to “love” a start up a Soap Box Derby hill… I love the first half of the trail, the next quarter is nasty up and downs and the finish is fun.

We didn’t get all of it in today…. but we got all we wanted!

The bridge means we have reached the take out. A great day on the water with family and friends.

On the way to Florida last month, the truck picked up a stutter/skip. It is not always there or reproducible, I had hope when I replaced a bad O2 sensor, it would stop, nope, so now I am trying new plugs and wires. Old ones looked pretty good…

The morning was spent exploring, the map showed a curvy mountain road, not The Tail of the Dragon, but fun and scenic!

Waterfall in Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area in South Carolina.

Then the Bald Rock Heritage Preserve in South Carolina, sadly every bit of the rock face has graffiti and trash. Very disappointing!

Finally hit the mountain bike trails, I shot video today, but had to get a picture of this guy in the middle of the trail. Great day, 3 hours or so of riding.
