I ran a time lapse camera during my USTA singles match, this was about the only frame that worked. The match went long, I won the first set 6-4 then the 2nd set went to a tie breaker, I won 7-6 (9-7) for my second win. This was against the #1 team in the league, unfortunately my teammates all lost, so we lost the match.
Beating the rain for a beautiful morning ride!
Dropped the Taco off at Mid-State Toyota for new upper and lower ball joints… since I had time, I looked at the new TRD Pro Taco – $43k, so $800 for repairs on a truck with almost 300,000 seemed much better – keep running my little red Taco!
Almost 3 hours of mountain biking in a “heat advisory” and dry trails create an interesting pattern on my calves.
Back porch ‘smores
Day 2 – DuPont State Forest. No bike pictures, but after the ride I hiked to Triple Falls
and Hooker Falls for a quick swim
Then to New Belgium Brewery for recovery fluids.
and the drive home sunset.
An Instagram follower asked me for interior shots of the Flippac
Save the best for last…. DuPont State Forest and last trail of the day, the super fast and flowing Ridgeline Trail.
Grassy Creek Falls
Wednesday tennis night clouds… they held off and I won my USTA match 6-2, 6-2
A hot night for tennis. 4 sets over almost 3 hours.
