After another Thanksgiving meal I needed to workout. My morning was the longest run in 5 years, and a short mountain bike.

Started Thanksgiving waking up in a frosty Flippac and then a long ride at Harbison State Forest.

After a great dinner at Aunt Wendy and Uncle Wayne’s, Sam, Lynn and I needed to walk off some of the calories. First we did the 14 Mile Creek Trail but it was closed after a mile due to erosion, so we headed to the Lake Murray Dam trail.

Just missing a loved one today!
