Rich Fork Preserve – it’s a touch small, but fun, great for a recovery ride and multiple laps.
Still playing with Canon 1:1 100mm macro.
420 day, celebrated by many people for many reasons, but I learned April 20 has been designated “Oingo Boingo Day” in Los Angeles. I loved “Nothing To Fear” album!
I woke up to the dog wanted to go see what changed overnight
Sauteed spinach, country ham and eggs = YUM
Earlier in the week, I had my best lap through Uwharrie I can remember, 10.1 mph AVG, today even faster 10.8 – now I want 11mph AVG
Trail magic, before leaving I cut up a lot of wood for the next user.
Isolating in the woods, at least a mile from anyone else
An awesome and fast day. I averaged over 10 mph through Keyauwee and Supertree in Uwharrie. I prefer singletrack, but love this fast descent down Supertree.

Road ride. After driving to Greensboro but leaving my shoes at home, I had to hit the road bike.
My mom wanted to see what Zoom was about.
Prepped for storms, trucks parked against the house, gas and water staged and video gear ready to go. None of this was needed, that is a good thing!
Iris (doubt it survives tonight’s storm)
