The day started with a drive through Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, a mistake that will never happen again (way too touristy for me) to get to Cades Cove, a neat history filled loop, including this working grist mill.
Just a bear along the road, it was not interested in us at all!

Glad to get this ride in…. 2 hours in the rain. I knew when I left the house I would get wet, the rain started 3 minutes into the route and stayed till I got home, at least I missed teh thunderstorms.
Turtle rescue…. right after I picked this guy up, a couple of Bro Dozer trucks came down the road…. I doubt he would have survived!
